Just moved to Clovis not long ago .. still getting adjusted... found this gem today... the lady that runs it is top notch!!! Had an Americano with Half a sandwich and a cup of green chili stew ... That was my first time ever having green chili stew... It won’t be my last and it won’t be my last time at the bistro... I can’t wait to go back

Leaving town heading back to Dallas and this was my last meal in Clovis... went out with a bang!!! This food was soo good and the customer service was phenomenal!! Lord's will I'll stop by on my next visit!

Quiet coffee shop for our road trip. Stopped for a breakfast burrito and a bagel sandwich. It was perfectly layered. It's just the right size. I also asked if it was dog friendly since the pup is with us, and they said the patio was. We appreciate that gesture.

Quite an excellent cafe and lunch spot! The sandwiches were quite tasty, and the hot drinks are high quality as well. Staff is attentive and the inside is clean and well ordered. Definitely a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal or catch up with a friend!

So yummy! Amazing gluten free options! Pretty much every sandwich can be made gluten free! And they have many coffee/drinks options! The iced chai was so delicious!

One of the most amazing sandwich shops I’ve ever been too! The place is so well decorated and clean. The service is amazing. Has a local hometown feel to it. The food is just to good not to try. This place is definitely worth it no doubt.
